General Policy
Return for a refund or an exchange is subject to the terms and conditions below.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date, excluding Final Sale/Clearance items and items with 30% discount or more.
- After initiating return & refund request, items must be shipped to our designated address within 15 days
- Returned item must be in original condition. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained or scented. Items MUST have tags and labels still intact to be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the factors mentioned above. In some cases, we will charge 50% restocking fee.
- Non-quality related return subject to $30 process fee to cover the product repackaging cost.
- The Customer is responsible for return shipping for non-quality related return. $20 shipping fee will be deducted from refund if customer need us to provide return label.
- If a customer order with coupons and return part of the items in the order, the coupons for the revised order may subject to change and Refund may be recalculated.
- Returns are for domestic orders in U.S. lower 48 States only
180 Days Extended Return
We offer 180 days extended return policy:
- Products can be returned within 180 days of the order date, excluding Final Sale/Clearance items and items with 30% discount or more.
- The Product MUST be in UNUSED condition.
- After initiating return & refund request, items must be shipping to our designated facility within 15 days
- We will not accept items that have been used. Items MUST have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns.
- We reserves the right to refuse any used items. If the product is used, we might charge 80% or more processing fee at our own discretion.

How to initiate return and refund? (Order from neataquapad.com)
- Login to the account with your credential
- Click “Orders” button to view all the orders.
- Click “VIEW” to view order details.
- Click “ASK FOR A REFUND” to return a specific item or click “REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER” to initiate a request for full refund.
- Specify the reason for refund, Upload product photo if the item is not in original condition (we will check the photo and let you know how to move forward).
- Submit the refund request and note down the refund request #.
- If the item is in original condition, attach the refund request # with your return package.
- We will issue refund within 2 business day after receiving return package. Please allow 2-4 business days for refund to appear on your bank account.

- We can’t issue refund for orders that didn’t pay to us directly.
